It is important that you review the site admission regulations to ensure that your entry into the Air Races is as expeditious as possible. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in your admission to the event being delayed, refused, or revoked.

The deadline for placing Pit Passes, General Admission and Reserved Grandstand seating ticket orders through the offices of the Reno Air Racing Association via this Web site, telephone, fax, or postal mail has passed. You may still purchase tickets through Ticketmaster, and/or on-site at Reno Stead Field beginning Monday 08 Sep 2008.

If you wish to purchase Box Seating, Checkered Flag Club memberships, Chairmans Hospitality Tent pases, or Special Parking permits, call the RARA office at 775-972-6663.

"will call"

If you place your ticket order after the mailing cut-off date [31 July 2008 for US and Canada and 31 July 2008 for all other orders] but prior to the closing date for orders from the Reno Air Racing Association office [01 August 2008], your tickets will be held at the "WILL CALL" window, located at the Main Ticketing [location labeled "T1" on the site map].

If your tickets are being held at "WILL CALL", to retrieve them you must have a photo ID [such as a drivers license or passport] matching the name on the ticket order, or the same credit card used to pay for the tickets.

when are tickets mailed?

Tickets are mailed beginning in mid-summer, and all tickets ordered in advance are mailed by the end of the first week in September. Even if you purchase your tickets directly from the Reno Air Racing Association early in the year, you will not receive your tickets until sometime between June and September.

pit passes

Daily pit passes may be purchased near the Pit Gate located adjacent to the west end of the Reserved Seat Grandstand.

on-site ticket sales at Reno Stead Field

Tickets will go on sale at Reno Stead Field on Monday 08 Sep 2008 at 8:00 AM. General Admission tickets and pit passes will not sell out - they will be on-sale at Reno Stead Field throughout Race Week, Monday 08 Sep - Sunday 14 Sep 2008.

You can also purchase daily and season reserved auto parking passes, and daily and season handicap parking passes at the "WILL CALL" booth.

Children aged 7 years and younger receive free General Admission every day when accompanied by an adult. Children 8 to 15 years of age qualify for "Junior" pricing, and receive free General Admission Wednesday through Friday when accompanied by an adult. Adults aged 62 years and older qualify for "Senior" pricing. There are discounted General Admission prices for Seniors all week long and for and Military personnel Wednesday through Friday.
